China Glaze, Party Heart

Another polish from the holiday 2010 collection. This one is a glitter top coat. The glitter particles are as you can see in three various sizes. Tiny gold ones, medium greens and large reds. Also think they're all supposed to be hexagons. Anyway, the perfect finish for a jolly manicure and I really do recommend buying one like right now if you like it, since these are limited.

Tis the season, 3 in 1

The last couple of days have just flown by me totally. But although the days have passed, I've still coloured my nails! So here's China Glaze: Midnight Kiss, Naughty And Nice, Mrs. Claus.

China Glaze Midnight Kiss is a wonderful pale gold foil. I only have one negative thing to point out with this one, it bubbled up a little when it dried. It may have been just a reaction with my NailTek base. Two coats.

China Glaze Mrs. Claus is exactly what I would think Mrs. Claus would wear, in both clothing and nails. It's a redish pink base with pink and silver glitter. It flashes so beautifully in the shade, perfect girls night out polish. Love eeet. Two generous coats.

China Glaze Naughty And Nice is a very dark plum red. I was actually a little disappointed with this one. With the first coat it had a lovely vampy red plum colour, but on the second it looks very black. Also got some bald spots during application. Two coats.

China Glaze, Branding Iron

This weekend it was CG branding iron's turn! This one came out with the rodeo diva collection in 2008. Chosen simply because it suited my wine, lol. I adore this dark shimmer burgundy colour but the formula is a little on the thick side.

After a few glasses I went nuts with glitter aswell, I'll post that later :p

China Glaze, Ruby Pumps

The colour you've probably heard a lot about or own is this glittery red. It is absolutely gorgeous and not hyped imo. This polish is from the China Glaze Wizard of Ooh Ahz Returns Collection.

I took a couple of pictures trying to capture the sparkle, but I guess I didn't fully succeed. Anywho, these are without top coat therefore the gritty surface. Three coats, and application is wonderful.

China Glaze Anchors Away

Most nail polish addicts is probably well aware of this collection, but I'm sharing anyway! I really love CG's polishes, and I'm really looking forward to this collection which releases next spring (2011). The colours looks really good, and I spot some classics in the bunch.

Daylight, with top coat

This colour is from China Glaze Ink collection, and I've been drooling for it quite a while. A gorgeous red toned neon purple. The fact that it's glitter in it, and it's a neon, makes the dried finish matte and gritty. So if you don't like that finish, you will need a nice top coat for this one. Application is perfect, and it dries super fast since it's a neon.

China Glaze, Orange Marmalde

I loove this colour. It's from last years summer collection, but hey. I only buy polishes I really want.
The formula is smooth as always, and this one is super easy to work with. Only downside I have, is that it's kinda sheer.. After three coats you still can see my arches through. Oh well, it shines in beautiful golden glass flecks, the perfect orange for me.

China Glaze, Tree Hugger

After the frustration with E.L.F, I had to put on a good looking easy going polish. Tree hugger from the 2008 ecollection was my choice. I looove this green. I think the picture captured a realistic shot of it. But it is of course a little darker and richer when you don't stand in the sunlight.

I'm also planning on future pics to be like this one. I just need to improve my closeup pic skill, a lot.

China Glaze, Bahamian Escape

Love this colour from CG! Lovelovelove it! It came out with the "Bahama Blues" (thank you Lisa for the correction) collection, and it's a creamy baby blue. The colour is a lot softer then on the picture because of the flash.

Application is a dream, and you have a good coverage on the first layer. I used two coats to be all the way happy with it.

I'm addicted to CG. I like their interest in the consumer, compared to O.P.I for example. CG actually cares. Anyway. If you need a baby blue I really recommend this one.

China Glaze, Golden Spurs

This colour is from the Rodeo Diva 2008 collection. I love the entire collection and I really want to get the rest of the colours!

Anyway, here's a swatch of the Golden Spurs colour. Although I don't like people using spurs, I absolutely like this colour. It's a pretty brown with golden shimmer.
